PRICING
You can make payments for your trip monthly or in one full payment. It's crucial to adhere to the minimum trip payment schedule as we use these payments to secure activities, accommodations, and more on your behalf. Please notify us in advance if you foresee any delays in your payments.
Choose the package that suits you best: pay in full or pay a deposit followed by monthly payments.
Registration will remain open until the trip reaches capacity. If you're joining the trip after the initial sign-up period, pay the deposit to secure your spot and catch up with the remaining payments later.
The prices are based on twin-sharing occupancy, meaning you'll be paired with another solo traveller or a friend of your choosing. Alternatively, you can opt for a king suite if you are travelling as a couple.

Apart from the transaction fee associated with each payment on our site, there are no additional fees or interest rates.
Yes! Notify our support team if you are interested in doing single occupancy so arrangements can be made for your trip plan.
Travellers insurance is mandatory to ensure you are reimbursed for your belongings in case of any mishaps. Wanderlust is not responsible for providing travellers insurance or reimbursement for personal belongings mishaps. Persons are encouraged to speak with their insurance provider to confirm coverage.
Trip cancellation is allowed up to 60 days before the departure date. Any trip cost differences will apply to persons interested in switching to a new trip plan. Trips cancelled less than 60 days before departure will be subject to our cancellation policy. Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable, and a partial refund will be awarded for followed payments made after your deposit.
If you anticipate having trouble making a payment, please get in touch with our support team to notify them of your late payment, and they will advise how best to move forward. However, if you miss two consecutive payments, you will receive a notice email, which can result in withdrawal from the plan and a partial refund. Please note that payments can also be made bi-weekly or in full.
If your trip is postponed or cancelled by our team officially due to travel restrictions, you can reschedule to a different trip or a later date for free once the trip costs do not differ, or you receive a future travel voucher for the amount paid, thus far. We will notify travellers approximately 60 days before departure if Wanderlust postpones their tour due to travel restrictions or pandemic concerns.
Accepted payment methods are ATH movil and all major debit and credit cards.
Local restrictions, such as business operating hours, may affect some aspects of your trip experience. However, any restrictions and itinerary adjustments will be communicated to travellers prior to departure.
It is the Traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel and health documents before departure. The costs incurred in obtaining such documentation or meeting any health procedures or requirements are not included in the quoted cost of the trip, and each Traveler must individually pay those costs.
Wanderlust is not responsible if you are to be refused entry into any country or refused travel on any transportation due to failure on your part to carry all the required documentation or for reasons due to your government's policies regarding the trip's destination(s). If this refusal of entry results in fines, surcharges, or other financial penalties being imposed on Wanderlust, you will be responsible for reimbursing accordingly.
If a delay requires you to cancel your transportation (i.e. flight, train, bus, etc.) with the transportation entity/company concerned, it does not entitle you to cancel your trip with us or cancel any part of the trip or any other arrangements. Wanderlust will not issue a refund for any transportation delay or cancellation, downgrading of any ticket or denial of boarding. Anyone who travels with us has a duty of care to themselves and the people around them. We insist that all our travellers comply with local regulations and laws and our own health and safety guidelines to ensure that everyone can enjoy this group adventure while minimising the risk of spreading diseases.
In addition, each destination has its own vaccination, testing and health screening requirements for entry, exit and transit. It is the Traveler's responsibility to check the local government websites of their destination(s) to ensure they meet the proper requirements for entry. These can include requiring evidence of recent COVID-19 test results or vaccination. It is also the Traveler's responsibility to check the requirements for testing and health screening for the transportation to and from the meeting and departure point as well as countries through which the Traveler is transiting and to re-enter the Traveler's country of residence.
